What personal information do we collect from our subscribers?
The “Limo Solution” software will collect certain user information depending on whether the user is a driver or a call centre operator. For example, if the user is a driver we may ask the user to enter their DOB and driver’s licence number. If the user is a call centre operator in your business, we may collect the operator’s full name, phone and email address. We may also collect some information about your business such as the business address and ABN.
When you use the Limo Solution website and/or mobile phone Application, we may collect, store and process a unique installation identifier, IP address and device information such as operating system or device model and location coordinates.
We may share your personal information and non-personal information with certain companies that control us, are controlled by us, or under common control with us, including our parent and subsidiaries (our “Affiliates”), and sites or services operated by our Affiliates or other businesses of our Affiliates so that they and we can offer you products and services that may be of interest to you and to process such information on our behalf.
Except as expressly stated herein: (a) we do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone; and (b) we do not share your personal information with anyone outside of Limo Solution for their promotional, including marketing, use.
How do we use your information?
We use personal information which you provide to us to provide our Services to users and to track the use of our Applications. We may use some information to validate your identity. For example we may use your driver’s licence number and DOB to validate your driving licence. Or we may use your vehicle’s VIN to identify the vehicle’s legitimacy. We may use your business information when generating invoices for you or on your behalf.
We may use the information we collect from you when you register, make a purchase, sign up for our newsletter, respond to a survey or marketing communication, review the Limo Solution website, or use certain other site features in the following ways:
How do we protect your information?
We do not use vulnerability scanning and/or scanning to PCI standards. An external PCI compliant payment gateway handles all credit card transactions. We use regular Malware Scanning.
Your Personally identifiable Information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. In addition, all sensitive information you supply is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.
In addition, we cannot control the actions of other users with whom you share your information. We cannot ensure that information you share with other persons using the Application will not become publicly available. We are not responsible for third party circumvention of our security measures. You can reduce these risks by using common sense security practices such as refraining from sharing your information with people you don’t know and limiting the information that you choose to share using the Application.
Do we use 'cookies'?
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your Personally Identifiable Information unless we provide you with advance notice. This does not include website hosting partners and other parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or serving our users, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release information when it's release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others' rights, property or safety.
However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.
We may release your Personally Indentifable Information in the good faith belief that release is appropriate and necessary to comply with legal process or authority (e.g., a lawful subpoena, warrant or court order); to enforce or apply our policies; to initiate, render, bill, and collect amounts owed to us; to protect our rights, property, or personal safety, our users, our employees, or the public; or if we reasonably believe that an emergency involving immediate danger of death or serious physical injury to any person requires disclosure of communications or justifies disclosure of records without delay. This may include sharing information with other companies, lawyers, courts or other government entities.
We may disclose Personally Identifiable Information pursuant to subpoenas, court orders, or other requests (including criminal and civil matters) if we have a good faith belief that the response is required by law. This may include respecting requests from jurisdictions outside of NSW where we have a good faith belief that the response is required by law under the local laws in that jurisdiction, apply to users from that jurisdiction, and are consistent with generally accepted international standards.
